MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Dutch Submarine Disaster. DESCRIPTION: In Holland the submarine "O Eleven" sank with the lose of three lives after hitting a tug near Helder Harbour. SHOTLIST: Shots of the O11 with nose and conning tower out of the water. Men are helped out but three are shut in. Crowds watch as the wreck is drawn by a pontoon crane slowing past a cruiser of the "Java" class. She hit a tug-boat.
