- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Eire’s Defences. DESCRIPTION: Although a neutral country Ireland is fully on the defensive against Nazi attack. SHOTLIST: Look-outs keep watch while anti-aircraft units stand by. Westland "Lysanders" take off and Avro "Anson" wheel round a peninsular, on the end of which is a lighthouse. Motor-torpedo boats ply to-and-fro while huge coastal batteries have a practise shoot.
