- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: British Troops in Northern Ireland (First Shipment). DESCRIPTION: Roadblocks are in place and signposts have been removed. SHOTLIST: Military police take over from the Civil police as lorries, coaches of troops and ambulances rumble through the streets. Guns are hauled along and the coach stops and the men crouch behind it. A Bren guards against hostile aircraft. The men get into the coaches and the convoy moves off escorted by motor-cyclists. CU Major General BT Wilson with his staff studying map.
