Summary
They burst from the screen in a blaze of colour, the magnificent blooms brought to perfection by experts from all over Britain for the Chelsea Flower Show. Orchids, Carnations, Roses and thousands of other varieties of beautiful flowers and shrubs. They were a sight to bring open admiration from the Queen and Prince Philip. But how do those master gardeners do it? We visited the greatest of all rose growers, Harry Wheatcroft, for a look behind the scenes, for it is men like them who make the Chelsea Flower Show the wonderful thing it is.
