MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: South Africa’s War Effort. DESCRIPTION: South Africa has made a great to contribution to the war effort on the Abyssinian and Somaliland fronts. SHOTLIST: Fairey "Battle" Bombers are prepared and take off. On the ground troops work Vickers machine-guns and, when marching in a column, scatter before an imaginary air attack. The bombers return.
