Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Ceremony of Gibraltar Keys. DESCRIPTION: The Ceremony of the Keys takes place monthly on the Rock. SHOTLIST: Lord Gort carries the Keys while he inspects men of the outpost platoon of Royal Marines. He then delivers them to the Company Quartermaster Sergeant and the band marches past. At the water-post gate the escort with the Keys are challenged, but on informing the sentry they are "King George’s" keys they are allowed to pass. The Sergeant in charge then locks and bars the Gate.
