- Pathe synopsis: Certainly you can get ahead if you wear a hat; but you won’t get very far if you meet your boss while wearing one of the many designed by artist Harry Lamplough in Walthamstow. For Mr Lamplough specialises in party hats made of brilliantly coloured papier mache. Here we follow Mr Lamplough’s designs through from the drawing board to the finished spectacular article.
