- Summary
- Pathe synopsis: From a battle of flowers to a battle with model battleships at Scarborough - played realistically before packed park audiences. The ships are replicas of the Ajax, Achilles and Exeter of River Plate fame, though the battle-display has been built up into a fictional clash at sea with dive-bombers, the bombardment of a coastal town. Men steer the big battleships and the liner in this action and fill the air with firework bangs, and the lake with sunken ships to be salvaged after each spectacular performance.
