Summary
Pathe synopsis: ...come to the Royal Aircraft Establishment at Bedford and see the latest gadget these high-flyers have got for blind landing in bad weather. Even the huge jet-liners of today have to rely on the pilot for the final few feet before touch-down. Here, in a major development, the Bedford Blind Landing Unit have perfected gear that does the lot. Pathe Pictorial does a spectacular "Look - no hands" landing with these boffins of the air.
