MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Never Again Luncheon (Grosvenor House). DESCRIPTION: Never Again was the theme of the speech made by the General Secretary of the Civil Service Clerical Association at the Grosvenor House. SHOTLIST: Those present at Grosvenor House were. Vansittart, Hulton, Troy (Agent General for West Australia), Sutton (Sec. Government New South Wales), Sir Gordon Craig, Sir Claude James (Agent General for Tasmania). The opening speech is by the Chairman, Sir Samuel Turner, who introduces Mr WJ Brown (General Secretary of Civil Services Clerical Association). In his speech, Mr Brown states that "Never again" must we allow Germany to make war.
