- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Florence Nightingale’s Carriage. DESCRIPTION: The coach used by Florence Nightingale in the Crimea, damaged in the bombing of St Thomas’s Hospital, is to be renovated. SHOTLIST: The carriage which was damaged in the blitz is taken from St Thomas’s Hospital. It is repaired and driven out as good as new again. She used it during the Crimean war to travel between hospitals.
