- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: National Day of Prayer. DESCRIPTION: The 3rd September, 1942 was marked by a National Day of Prayer for victory. SHOTLIST: Various of shots of church showing damage through blitz, including the roof, majority of which had been shot away. SV on congregation. Back view of congregation facing altar. General shots of same seated. Shot of church tower camera gradually coming down to entrance. Worshippers in damaged church standing in circles singing. Scots Guards Pipe Band in attendance.
