DESCRIPTION: Among those honoured at a Buckingham Palace Investiture were Pilot Officer Badham, Flying Officer Triggs, Lt Colonel Petersen and Lt Fitzgerald. SHOTLIST: Cut story - CUs of Pilot Officer Badham DFC & Flying Officer Triggs MBE, DFC together & individually of the RAAF. Lt Colonel Peterson (Late Eagle Squadron) with his wife, also by himself. GV some of the "Thrasher" crew in forecourt of Palace. CU Lt Fitzgerald DFC. CU Petty Officer Gould VC, also with his wife & holding his baby son Keith in his arms.
