MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: A Two-Gun Story. DESCRIPTION: The first is the Austen, the Australian improved version of the Sten gun and the second the new American 45 sub-machine gun. SHOTLIST: Cut story - Firing quick fire, at steel target, soldier down beach into water with Austen Gun, gun submerged, soldier out of firing, gun firing. Various shots of dismantling gun. GS of gun being taken out of briefcase (fifty five calibre gun). GS of Colonel handling gun like a toy. CU Colonel facing camera with gun pointing at the camera. GS of Colonel firing gun at target. With the Austen gun several soldiers advance across field firing gun, several quick bursts.
