DESCRIPTION: Released from a prisoner of war camp, the mostly political prisoners, have been taken in hand by the American "Office of Relief and Rehabilitation". Various shots of Frenchmen receiving clothes, also pan of their feet, shows how they made shoes, from all kinds of material.
