Summary
[1ST SUBTITLE]: "Meeting of new Kindred who aim at a race of Intellectual Barbarians. Mr HG Wells is a member of this camping fraternity, who combine the ideals of Scientists and Red Indians." Couple seated by camp fire. Group of people by tents in a field. [2ND SUBTITLE]: "Tribe meets Tribe". One group give raised arm salutes to another group as it marches past. [3RD SUBTITLE]: "Council". Group seated in a circle in field, with other standing in the centre. Close shot of man in costume reading a proclamation. Return to shot of group in a circle. [4TH SUBTITLE]: "Handicrafts". Uniformed boys seated in front of tent carving pieces of wood [?]. [5TH SUBTITLE]: "'Kibboettes’". Five women perform a dance in front of a group of people. The dancers finish by all lying on the ground.
