- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Nice Carnival. DESCRIPTION: After six years of war Nice holds its Carnival. The event usually takes place in February but was brought forward in honour of the American Forces. SHOTLIST: KS Crowds line streets as floral processions passes through streets. Various shots of famous pageant as same passed through streets. Everybody in procession in fancy dress, wearing huge heads etc.
