- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Pre-Fabricated Ships. DESCRIPTION: BARROW-IN-FURNESS - Britain is busy building ships and the new liner for the Orient Line is being constructed using the pre-fabrication method. SHOTLIST: KS tilt down ship under construction. Various shots of liner "Orcades" being built, sections of the liner being placed in position, the forward and centre bulkheads, also the deck. Workmen welding and riveting. Pan of "Orcades". GV dockyard taken from crane gib, shows New Zealand ship under construction. Cut-in Paul Wyand filming, also Martin Gray recording. Tilt down ship.
