MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Belgium Welcomes Monty. DESCRIPTION: Field Marshal Montgomery recently made a three day tour of Belgium, where he received a rousing welcome. SHOTLIST: KS Crowds line streets. Monty in open car, stands acknowledging cheering crowds in Liege. Laying wreath at memorial. Elevated shots of Town Hall Square, Mons. Cut-ins of crowds. CU types, old veterans of the 1914-18 war. Driving into Tournai, banner across streets "Tournai Welcomes Monty". Monty opens street, cutting and officially opening street. Bouquet presented to Monty by Belgian girl, she kisses Monty, who reciprocates most heartily.
