Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Man Encased in Ice. DESCRIPTION: Bob Jones of Atlantic City has himself encased in ice and sent to New York as a stunt. SHOTLIST: KS Bobby Jones in ice-block. Man sits on ice, block of ice is lowered over his head. Jones inside ice. Lifted onto lorry, driven through streets, on trolley pushed into plane, Jones waves. Plane taxies. Ice-block taken off at La Guardia airport. Men chipping ice off, Jones collapses when exposed to air, wrapped in blankets and carried off into ambulance.
