- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Palestine Army Speedway. DESCRIPTION: The Lincolnshire Regiment have built a Speedway Track in the desert and stage a race meeting. SHOTLIST: KS LIBRARY - Elevated GV of Tel Aviv. GVs of army lorries arriving at speedway, driven across desert. Various shots of army men speeding round track, shot of start. Cut-ins of spectators, including shot of soldiers standing watching, their rifles and small arms laying at their feet. The improvised track was made by the Lincolnshire Regiment. Brigadier Davies handing out small silver cups to the winners, several shots.
