MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Animal News. DESCRIPTION: The Kennel Club Show at Madison, New Jersey, cat and pigeon squabble over kittens and weighing the gorillas at the Bronx Zoo. SHOTLIST: DOG SHOW - Madison, New Jersey - KS GV of crowds seated watching dog show. Pedigree dogs being paraded in front of judges. SCU Bull Terrier. SCU Afghans. CU Poodle. CU Boxer licking a girl’s (owner) face. MS Bedlingtons being led onto field. MS big woman leading three dogs off field. SLIP PAN Cass Town, Ohio - CU cat and kittens. MCU pigeon walks in and climbs up onto cat, then pecks at cat. MS pigeon chases off cat then walks back and sits on kittens. SLIP PAN Bronx Zoo, New York - Keeper and gorilla in cage as keeper tries to get gorilla onto weighing machine. MS gorilla climbs onto weighing machine. MS gorilla on machine playing with chain ladder. Several shots of gorilla in couple he eats banana. 3 shots two gorillas wrestling.
