Several shots small crowds stand around motor boat, Sir Malcolm climbs into same, seated at controls, jets start, tilt down of motor boat while jet propelled engines are running; motor boat is jacked up. Cut-ins of crowds with their fingers in their ears. CU Sir Malcolm speaking about rumours of the motor boat becoming airborne.
