MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Cycle Racing. DESCRIPTION: CYCLE SPILLS - A cycle race in the streets of Vienna saw a number of spills due to the slippery surface. SHOTLIST: KS Tilt down of City Hall, to crowds outside same, watching cyclists preparing for off. Start of cycle race, about 100 start, shots of them speeding round perimeter of City Hall, crowds look on. Several tumbles as cyclists take bends, causing others behind to also fall.
