Crowds seated in grounds outside Government Buildings where All India Congress Committee are meeting. Pandit Nehru alights from car with his daughter Indira. Arrivals of other members (unnamed). LS Constitutional Club, with Indians seated on grass outside. Slip pan to Imperial Hotel - GV where Muslim League Council are meeting. Khaksars demonstrate against plan, parade outside building. Indian police armed with staves, run towards demonstrators and disperse same.
