MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Colonial Scouts at Buckingham Palace. DESCRIPTION: Scouts of the Commonwealth met Their Majesties at Buckingham Palace. SHOTLIST: KS GV King and Queen out onto steps in grounds of Buckingham Palace. Met by Lord Rowallan (Chief Scout). Walk towards paraded scout. King (in naval uniform) inspects Scouts from New Zealand, and all out of Colonies. King and Queen stop and converse (silent) with scouts. MS Queen with umbrella up as sun protection, waves as the King and Queen disappear into the Palace.
