MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Princess Elizabeth at Stirling. (Receives Freedom for Herself and Regiment). DESCRIPTION: The Princess accepted the Freedom of Stirling for herself and on behalf of the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders. SHOTLIST: KS Arrival of Princess Elizabeth. Shots of her inspecting troops of the Argyll and Sutherland Highlanders. Approaches dais. She accepts the freedom also scroll for the Regiment. She then addresses Highlanders and hands over scroll to the Colonel. MS Princess Elizabeth on steps of dais. Orders being shouted. Highlanders marching past to the tune of pipes and roar of fighter formation planes overhead.
