Various shots tramway depots, bus depots, textile mills etc. idle. Bus garages filled with buses. Trams at the depot. Interiors of textile mills, shows idle machinery. Police patrolling streets, quite quiet. Various quiet street scenes. Pictures taken on 29th December, 1947.
