MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Bradman’s Testimonial Match. DESCRIPTION: In Melbourne, Bradman’s last cricket match before a crowd of 60,000. He received a huge ovation, also scores a century. SHOTLIST: KS Crowd shot. Ditto. Elevated GV cricket pitch. Don Bradman walks onto field, through crowds, to bat. Crowds cheering, also opposing team giving him three cheers. Elevated GV Bradman facing Ray Lindwall’s bowling. Slow motion - Lindwall bowling. Wicket knocked down by throw in, but Bradman is in his crease. Crowd shot. Bradman skies a ball. Colin McCool runs after same, but drops it, this gives Bradman his century. Crowds clapping. CU Don Bradman.
