DESCRIPTION: Touring Germany we give you some idea how the Germans are restoring their towns and cities which had been shattered by the allied bombing. From Hamburg we take you to Munich, then on to Stuttgart and finally Cologne. SHOTLIST: KS. Elevated GV Hamburg. . HAMBURG - Various streets, traffic passing through etc. Several street scenes. GV apartment houses under construction, large steel structure of apartment house going up. GV of the harbour. MUNICH - Various traffic scenes. Street scenes showing damage still and ruins. STUTTGART - Various street scenes, cinema built in a former air raid shelter. COLOGNE - Clearing rubble away from the streets. LS cathedral, street scenes. Taken from top of cathedral towers, GV of rubble & damaged streets of Cologne.
