Summary
MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Us Navy & Army in Training. DESCRIPTION: American navy men try their accuracy at shooting down midget planes which are fired from a catapult, when hit the midget plane floats to earth on a parachute. SHOTLIST: KS. Dam Neck, Virginia - Small model plane on catapult. Model plane fired. Guns fired at model plane flying overhead. Model suspended on parachute falls to earth. Guns firing (AA). Model in flight puffs of smoke around it, caused by explosion. Model plane crashes into sea. SLIP-PAN. US army officer in training, have tug-of-war with a railway engine, several shots - hundreds of officers pulling against a engine. Men throw hats into the air. Cut-in engines wheels turning in opposite direction to which it is being pulled.
