DESCRIPTION: Thirty-nine year old Joseph Chevalier (of Vienna), recently gave an incredible acrobatic performance above the Walthamstow Palace, some 150 feet above the streets. SHOTLIST: KS. Chevalier walks up steps onto platform. Various shots of Joseph Chevalier performing balancing tricks on top of small platform, with background of rooftops, clouds etc. Cut-in of people in streets below looking up at him.
