DESCRIPTION: At Wallsend-on-Tyne, the largest tanker ever built in Britain has been christened and launched by Princess Margaret. It has a dead-weight of about 28,000 tons and was named Velutina. SHOTLIST: KS. SCU bows decorated with flags etc. Several shots of tanker on stocks. Princess Margaret arrives in pouring rain. Princess on platform names the ship & ship sliding down slipway.
