MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Garter Procession. DESCRIPTION: The splendour and pageantry of the Procession of the Garter drew a large crowd of spectators at Windsor. SHOTLIST: KS. Tilt down Windsor Castle. Procession passes through crowds, King & Queen in their robes last in procession. Approach St George’s Chapel. Various shots of the procession & entering. Leaving chapel King & Queen depart. Standing on the steps are Duke of Norfolk, Field Marshal Montgomery, Earl of Halifax, Viscount Portal. Duchess of Gloucester & Princess Margaret, also Duchess of Kent.
