MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Arsenal Team Celebrate. DESCRIPTION: Arsenal enjoyed the fruits of victory when, to celebrate their winning of the FA Cup, they attended a special dinner at a West End restaurant. Another celebration was the victory drive through the streets of Islington and a large crowd waited to see the team arrive at the Town Hall. SHOTLIST: CU FA Cup. Interior - GV host & guests seated at tables. MS Tom Whittaker speaking (silent). SCU Anna Neagle & Herbert Wilcox. Joe Mercer addresses gathering. Slip coach driving through streets of Islington with Arsenal team & Cup. Crowds line streets, arrival at Town Hall. Alderman Lygo, the Mayor greets team. Team on steps displaying Cup to crowd.
