DESCRIPTION: Laying close in-shore off the Helford river (near Falmouth, Cornwall) the Red Fleet of trawlers and tugs has been the cause of much speculation in Britain. The Russians say they’re going to the Black Sea to catch fish. SHOTLIST: KS. MS Russian tug. Various shots of many Russian tugs. Joined later by their parent ship "Tambov". Various shots of the tugs & ship at anchor in the Channel. Aerial shots of the above moving off down Channel in line ahead.
