SHOTLIST: Several shots of city. Troops parade through streets. CU Smuts. Regiment leading was Transvaal Scottish. Field Marshal Smuts smiling. At City Hall, large cake which was the platform, crowded streets cheer the Field Marshal. Freedom of the City presented to Smuts.
