MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Berlin Parade - Russian Style. DESCRIPTION: Thanks, perhaps, to the precautions taken in time by the Allies in the West, the East Berlin Youth Rally passed off without the violence it was at one time expected to produce. SHOTLIST: Various shots of Youth Rally in progress in Berlin. Few Communists demonstrated, being dealt with by the police. In Russian sector, various shots of thousands of Free Communist Youths marching past, Moscow style, for hours. Carrying banners etc.
