- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: The Royal Air Force Display. DESCRIPTION: Farnborough was the setting for the first RAF display since 1938. The King, Queen and Princess Margaret watched the aircraft displays. SHOTLIST: KS. "Old Kite" taxies across aerodrome. The King & Mr Henderson joking. Old "Avro" taxies to take off. "Bleriot" flying, just off ground. "Deperdussin" flying just off ground. Hawker P1081 flying at speed. Vickers 510 flying at speed. "Canberra" jet bomber flying. Various cut-ins of spectators watching, looking up. Formations of Mosquitos attack "Amiens Prison", walls collapsing, also dropping supplies. Various shots of flypast. Planes making trails in sky. Queen & Princess Margaret were with the King.
