MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Shades of Christmas. DESCRIPTION: Santa Claus really goes to town in Adelaide’s annual pageant presented by a big store. In Sydney, newly arrived British toys are a feature of Christmas displays. SHOTLIST: KS. Christmas procession led by band through streets - crowded. Various shots of procession through crowded streets, including "Seven Dwarfs", Old Mother Hubbard", Old King Cole", in float form etc. Fairy with her wand. Elephant - mechanical passing along street. Cut-in of crowds watching. Interior - toy exhibition. Hundreds of kids watching mechanical toys working. SCU of types. SCU white bear. CU grizzly bear pouring out a drink and drinking same to finish.
