- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: How to Attract a Husband. DESCRIPTION: St Catherine’s Day is an occasion for widespread festivity throughout France. Tributes are paid to the Saint by unmarried girls up to twenty five years old, in the hope that she will bless their efforts to find a husband. SHOTLIST: KS. Group of dancers with "paper" rain falling. Girl climbs ladder to St Catherine statuette. Elevated GV of girls up to 25 years of age parading through streets of Paris. Stopping statuette of St Catherine. Several girls climb ladder & place bouquets of flowers at base of same. Interior - various SCU & CU of hat fashions made from kitchen utensils. Various shots of dancing. "Paper" rain falling on dancers.
