DESCRIPTION: By means of illuminated lettering, the Western sector of Berlin has been in the habit of passing on the facts of world news to the Soviet sector; apparently this was effective, because now the Russians have built a similar structure on their side in order to block the view of the Free Press news. SHOTLIST: KS. GV of news structure in Allied sector, with structure in Russian sector. Various shots of structure being erected in Russian sector. People walk through streets of Berlin.
