MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Giant Bombers’ Visit. DESCRIPTION: Six American B-36D bombers have been on a visit to Lakenheath Air Station, Suffolk. These giants had come more than five thousand miles on a routine training flight. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. CU tail of B36 plane. GV & MS of B36 on tarmac. Plane taken at various angles. Crew (part of) walk along wing appear dwarfed. RAF Meteor under the wing looks minute against the huge B36. MS fuselage. MS wings. Various angle shots of both planes. Also the B36 by itself.
