- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Dockers - in and Out. DESCRIPTION: London dockers held a mass meeting a Victoria Park, they voted to return to work - for a week. The scene at Liverpool, where the dock strike began, was one of deserted quays, with export goods lying about waiting to be loaded. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. GV crowds with speakers back to camera. Various shots crowds of dockers listening to speeches (silent). Dockers holding up their cards when voting. Slip pan Liverpool, various shots of ships idle, not being loaded or unloaded. Export cases, cars on quayside await loading. Empty trucks. GV ships, pouring with rain.
