- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Navy Helps Lundy Removals. DESCRIPTION: Lundy Island, off the North Coast of Devon, was recently responsible for turning a small section of the Navy into cowpunchers - they were using Tank Landing Craft to move cattle and ponies to the mainland. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. GV Tank Landing Craft under way. Aboard craft, MS same. LS of coastline of Lundy Island. Navy laying straw etc. on base of landing craft. Cattle & ponies down hillside, several shots. Elevated GV embarkation going on. Into camera - cattle being pulled aboard. Aboard under way, one of the crew dressed-up like a Western (Cowboy). Off Barnstaple, tank landing craft arrives on beach, cattle coming off.
