DESCRIPTION: At County Hall, London, before a distinguished audience, which included Lord Mountbatten, awards for bravery and good service were recently presented. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. MS Binney Medal. Interior - MS audience. CU Lord Mountbatten. Fireman Helyer presented with BEM by Lord Mountbatten. Mr Thomas Temple walks across stage towards Sir Harold Scott. The latter speaks about Temple. Presents medal & certificate to Temple. SCU of same. Present by Lord Alanbrooke. Temple with medal. Group of policemen & Temple who were all in the fray.
