MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: HMS Theseus Home From Korea. DESCRIPTION: Reunion at Portsmouth, where relatives and friends went aboard Theseus to welcome the ship’s company back from eight months service off Korea. With Captain Bolt of Theseus the First Sea Lord (Admiral of the Fleet Lord Fraser) inspected the ship before addressing her company. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. MS Theseus at anchor. Relatives & crowds gathered on quayside & going aboard. Relatives & crew kissing, embracing, etc. On flight deck Admiral Fraser inspects crew lined up & addresses them. Fraser hands Captain Bolt Boyd Trophy, (a model plane). CU trophy.
