DESCRIPTION: A very thorough tour of inspection has been made by Field-Marshal Slim’s successor as Chief of the Imperial General Staff, General Sir John Harding. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. CIGS walking through camp. Aldershot - Various shots of General Sir John Harding inspecting the camp, stops & chats to a sapper looking over a lorry. Group of sappers gathered round him while he chats to them (silent). Warminster - Camp sign with Gloucester Regiment on same. Harding inspecting the regiment at Knook Camp. Marchpast by the Gloucesters with Harding taking the salute.
