DESCRIPTION: The return of branded petrol is good news for motorists; from the first of February, they can have what brand they like although the results may be surprising. SHOTLIST: Cut story - KS. Fast speed as car speeds through country, also traffic speeding along Oxford Street, Piccadilly Circus, etc., car finishing up outside Movietone House. MS of Movietone House. Fisher Neg - Very good for London speeded up traffic and people.
