- MOVIETONE CARD TITLE: Atom Bomb Aftermath. DESCRIPTION: One of two American houses tested in the recent atomic blast in Nevada came through pretty well - it was 1 1/2 miles from the blast. The other one, only 1/2 mile from the explosion was a total wreck. SHOTLIST: Cut story - Explosion of the bomb. Shots of houses and car being blasted by the bomb. Man with geiger-counter goes into house. Inside house, various models of people blown in all directions. People outside house. Cars outside house. Large atom bomb explosion. House and car disintegrate. Blown away. Various shots of the rubble and what is left of buildings after explosion.
